Researchers and students from the Institute of Immunology and Microbiology involved in programmes SVV (Specific Academic Research, no. 260260) and PRVOUK (Charles University Research Development Schemes, no. 205024-3) attended the joint meeting, which was held on 6–8 June 2016 in Krkonoše. The program comprised presentations of participants and of a foreign guest, Dr. Larisa Cervenakova (expert in prion research, J.H. Holland Laboratory for the Biomedical Sciences, American Red Cross). The meeting obtained a very positive feedback, so we hope that we will be able to organize another event soon.
